Attainment has traditionally been in line with or above National Expectations, however this has been more variable over the last two years.
As a small school, with cohorts of around 10, the attainment of each individual child has a high impact on the percentages, with one child counting for around 10%. When this is combined with cohorts which have a large percentage of children with special educational needs, the percentages of those not reaching National Expectations can quickly fall and the picture can easily look more dramatic than it actually is. We are not however complacent and have a detailed Raising Achievement Plan to ensure that all children reach their full potential.
