We had a special celebration today for the children that have gone 'over and above' throughout the year so far. Whilst it was very difficult to choose and there were many children who deserved the award, we selected these three children for the special recognition for this term.
The children were asked to go through their books, and Seesaw accounts, to find their favourite piece of work throughout the whole of the autumn term. It didn't have to be the best presented, or the longest - just the most interesting/fun piece of work that they were proud of.
EJ and CF have been super productive in maths this week and have produced some amazing work, including some challenging problem solving tasks. They both also have an excellent attitude to learning and are always wanting to improve.
I must say there has been some fantastic pieces of writing this week. However, RH has impressed me with the improvement in her handwriting and spelling since last year.
Again, the standard of the work across the class was excellent when we designed and made our stained glass windows. I particularly liked TN's design for it's originality and the way in which she took pride in her work.
