Good morning everybody! This Mental Health Awareness Week, is promoting Kindness.
We have all been living very different lives lately, and the need to be kind to ourselves and others is more important than ever. Kindness and our emotional well being, are deeply connected. Sometimes it takes courage to be kind. Reaching out to a friend or family member, who you may have not spoken to in a while. Kindness matters all of the time, and we all have days when we are not as nice to one another.
I know I can count on all of you, to try extra hard this week, to spread a little kindness. This could be, sending a message to a friend you haven't heard from, a note to your teacher to thank them for all they have been doing. You could remind yourself of the things that make you feel happy.
As always, share your acts of kindness with us and we will share them with the school community.
Your extra bit of kindness may make someone's day wonderful.
