Mental Health and Well Being

Children's Mental Health Week will take place from 5 to 11 February 2024, with the theme of My Voice Matters. It was set up by children's mental health charity Place2Be and shines a spotlight on the importance of children and young people's mental health.

 

If you or anyone in your family would like support or advice for a young person, please contact Mrs Hedley.  

Little activities can reduce big feelings and help re-focus our minds.

We use words and colours to describe the different ways we feel inside, so we can talk about them with others. Our small group enjoyed tracing and painting with watercolours.
