Ash Class have really made the most of the beautiful sunshine we’ve been having this week. We took our reading for pleasure session outdoors, shared stories together and got stuck into a good book. Some children even read their books in a tree!
The children in year 5 and 6 have been learning about plastic pollution. They have been very surprised by the damage this is causing to the environment. They wanted to help in some way, so decided to organise a litter pick to look after our local environment. What an amazing idea.
We had a visit today from Paul from Maths Whizz. He came to present some very special gold certificates to children who Maths Whizz have recognised for super effort. Well done.
