Mental Health and Well Being

LOCKDOWN 2 -  5th November 2020 to 2nd December 2020

More so now, than ever, our well being and mental health are being tested to the extreme.

Some of us may welcome the news of another Lock down, for others it may stir up feelings of fear and anxiety. As we head towards the winter term, the children will spend increasing amounts of time indoors and this too can add to the difficulties faced by some families.

In school, our children are safe, busy, excited, calm and physically active.  All of our wonderful team are committed to maintaining this level of normality.  We are also mindful of the well-being of our staff, and emotional support is available to all who work here.

If you have any concerns regarding your child's well-being, your own or that of a family member, please don't hesitate to contact me or Mrs Jones. We will be happy to help.

Any concern, however small you may feel it is, is as important to us as it is to you. Talking things through can really help to reduce the impact on us all.
