Teaching Assistant - Level 2

The Governors of Mere’s Edge Federation wish to appoint a reliable, conscientious and trustworthy individual to join our school team. 

The successful candidates should be able to:  

• Support pupils to engage in all lessons.  

• Work in partnership with the class teacher and SENDco.   

• Communicate effectively.   

• Be able to engage in a full range of training to support the role.  

• Support the Christian Ethos of the school.   

• Use initiative.   

On the job training will be provided for the successful candidate.  The desire for every child to achieve should be at the heart of every application.  Our schools are fully inclusive, and the successful candidate will be expected to embrace our culture.
