Change of menu for Wednesday 14th July.

There will be no chicken dinner tomorrow, this is due to the supplier being out of stock, instead lunch will be meatballs with spaghetti or mac and cheese.

Also leavers lunch pudding on Thursday 15th July will be cookie instead of rocky road.

Due to the hot weather continuing on Friday (17/7/26), we have decided to simplify our lunch menu.
 
Friday's menu will be:

Fish and chips with cucumber
Flapjack

Due to staff illness we have adapted the menu for next week.

Monday - pizza & salad bar - pudding doughnut 

Tuesday - sausage roll waffle & salad bar - pudding croissant

Wednesday - ham or cheese bap & salad bar - pudding ice cream 

Thursday - ham or cheese bap & salad bar - choc ice 

When we start back on Wednesday 2 September 26 - it will be Week 2 Menu.

In Cockshutt C of E Primary School  we are proud to be a small school  with our own kitchen and our brilliant staff prepare wonderful meals. We also serve our partner school - Criftins.  Our meals are enjoyed by over 100 children every day across our federation and pupil voice is used termly to aid the planning of our menus. 

Children can bring their own packed lunch but please pack a healthy lunch for your child, we are a healthy school and all children are required to have a well balanced meal every day.

Additional money is available from central government for every child whose parent is receiving eligible benefits. It is therefore important to sign up for free school meals/pupil premium as this involves more than a free school lunch and your child's school will receive extra funding to ensure your child gets support.

School meals for children in KS2 are £2.60 per child.  All children in KS1 will qualify for a free school meal.
